Badcock is a friendly place to buy furniture....i have bought a bed a couch a stove a round chair and now buying a huge entertainment center .....they will always have my business... Great Job Badcock of Toccoa

Henry Badcock 's idea was to treat people just right. I purchased a catnaper recliner in June and it exploded in Auguts less than 90 days in my home.

The store on Atlanta Highway has not returned my call(s) nor responded to in store help. The mfg of Catnapper has responded with what they will do but have not followed through with their "word". So Henry Badcock's dream has turned into my nightmare. My next resource is the GA State Office of consumer affairs. I responded to mfg request of all mfg info required. I have held on phone for a customer service representative for over 30 minutes at a time they are not interested in "treating people right".

I bought over 5,000 worth of furniture paid it off in 6months if not sooner and have had nothing but issues even bought protection plan and they wont stand behind it says its normal wear and tear.. so I guess I have to tighten up my kitchen table once a month so it...

Complaint on purchase

I asked BEFORE I purchased the mattress and foundation if they would just bring in the house. I was told yes. The manager just called me and told me no. That since I paid cash, they will leave them outside. I paid over $800. Im BEYOND MAD!!!

My dyer

Well unfortunately I have been waiting for my washer and dyer for awhile okay. I have received my washer on May 26 2021. Supposed been on 4/28/201 for both appliances. Then I got the washer then my dyer was the other issue. I had be lie to about the delay for dates, Everytime call its been pushed back with dates. So I waited. But just too many dates has been changed over and over. Im so tried with this issue. I used the washer about two times. Because I have to go the laundry mat just wash my clothes. So still waiting for my dyer. Customer service sucks..

Very Disappointed on service!!

We purchased a full living set (3 pieces) from Shallotte store "the commander set" we spent a lot of money but before i go on we love the set it is beautiful and well made. What we are upset about is the service, we were lied to repeatedly about delivery dates. when the fist date was given to us never arrive we receive no call advising us there was a problem, it took 3 weeks longer the "love seat" another lie, gave us a date when the drivers were off had to go get it our selves. they should be fire! The staff displayed rudeness they acted as if they didn't care what was happening and treated us as if it was our fault. it is sad but i will never recommend this company or store 8/18/ august deliered

Broken oven

The owner of the Badcock in Orange Park Fl didn't want to do anything to help so I called Whirlpool and they fixed it. I didn't have an oven for almost a month and I need to get a discount off my payment I feel because I did not have it

Fake Leather

I purchased a "leather" Couch and Love set as a housewarming gift for my sister and her husband in 2014. I was told by the salesman and I quote ," everything thing your body touches is the finest leather, the back of the couch is not ...it's faux leather" they had it for a little over 2 years and the furniture was peeling. I called the store where I purchased it and they replaced the set, saying it was the manufacturer's fault. 2 years go by and again the Fake leather is peeling. Badcock should stand by what they sell and stop blaming everyone else. I feel horrible I bought this and they have had nothing but trouble. I know it's been some time now BUT I would NEVER recommend Badcock to anyone or would I buy from them again. that that made it

I purchased a new mattress and a new stove a month ago and has not yet been delivered to my house . the reason is ,the mattress has been n the store for about two weeks , I have not received yet, the stove was supposed to be here on the first of August, I called about my mattress and the said that the stove would be here July 22 and they would deliver all at one time. now they r saying September 3 for stove . I need my mattress, now . y r they holding my mattress. I paid to have it delivered. now I'm about to cancel my order. can u help

I put down a thosand dollars for a stove and refygerator and nevr receive the refrigeratoer

didnt hve the prduct i was promised and they refused to give or compromise wiyh anything else after puting down qver reuired amont unless i make and additional down payment!

No deliver

bought table chairs from Badcock in roanoke rapaids, nc. was told they could deliver to my home, which was 39 miles from store. On day of delivery, I called to confirm. About hour later they called and said they couldn't deliver. Did not offer any suggestions,such as I would pay more for delivery. What bad business!! They acted like they could care LESS

Credit report

I closed and paid in full account still in credit report for a late payment years ago. I asked to have removed, with no luck.
