Badcock Home Furniture - Review about Office Chair from Clayton, North Carolina

79 of 132 Badcock Home Furniture reviews

Bought a 400.00Executive office chair from the Sanford, NC Badcock.Chair started to fall apart a few months later.

Called and was basically told "too bad, so sad". Had a man who makes furniture look at it, said the wood was held together by 2 mm staples. Called back and was told it was under warranty. By then, the chair was really coming apart.

Took it to the store and was told that 2 mm staples was standard. WTF???? Wouldn't honor the warranty. Called corporate and they said the same thing.

They didn't even want to see the pictures. There business model of "buy cheap ***, sell as quality furniture" is going to be their downfall.
