I have not made a purchase yet but saw an item I liked in store. Went to Babcock website t try to find a customer review.

There were no to be found on any of the items. Why? Every other site offers customer reviews. Would like to know how the sofa I am considering will hold up.

Don't want to be surprised or disappointed. The sofa is kinda pricey; therefore; would like to read what other buyers experienced. Hope this is 100 words. Maybe not so I will continue to type.

You won't find customer comments because if they are negative they delete them. I bought 2 recliners 10 months ago, they are still under warranty so I called to have the one that broke fixed, their answer was we have no one in the area to send to repair it so we will send you a new one.

I thought great, then I was told I would have to pay $250 for delivery charge!!!

Funny thing is I only paid $99 for original deliver of 2 recliners! Stay away-horrible merchandise-horrible customer service!!
