In the past we bought a lot from them and had no problems. We recently purchased a living room set.

We hadn’t made the 2nd payment and the recliner on both sides broke. We called and they said they would send someone out to look at it to see if it would be replaced or fixed. It took a week for someone to come out. Then we never heard anything back.

We called and they said, “Oh, we thought someone called you. Sorry about that.”Then told us they needed to order a mechanism, when I asked what kind of mechanism, they said one that will make it work. There are to different recliners because it’s a love seat. He couldn’t tell me what the “me chinisms” were.

The mechanisms would take 4 to 6 weeks.

They are really great when your looking to buy something but after the sale they treat you really ***. Lesson learned.
