Worst customer service ever. After spending $2,000 in bed set and mattress.

They provided me with some damaged products. After I called them, they told me that they will be replacing everything at no cost. After 3 times of exchanging the products weekly, I decided to return them but they kept 20% of my money ($400 dollars). After complaining, they said that the rule is the rule and that the money is for "restocking fee".

This company guaranteed that I was with the damaged product for over ten days so they could keep 20% of my money. Let's think about it, if for every customer that they help they keep 20% after 10 days, then they will make a lot of money without providing the products. What a conspiracy!!!

Great job for stealing customers money. If your product is good, then why you only provide ten days starting from the delivery day (even that the days count when the damaged product is at home without meeting my needs).
